Orders placed on Throne of Culture are fulfilled through on-demand printing services. This means that products are manufactured only after an order is placed, which allows for greater customization and reduces waste. Please note that personal information such as your name and shipping address will be shared with our printing partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Certainly!
